The helping relationship.

 

Working with business organisations large or small the basis of my role is to understand the reality of the current position and to help them achieve a desired outcome.
 

Drawing upon my initiative, experience, and professional skills my role is to assist those organisations overcome problems as well as develop realistic and achievable plans for the future.

 
How things are done is just as important as what is done. By placing an emphasis on process a legacy of learning is created that ensures future problems are overcome more efficiently, solutions last longer and plans become reality rather than a list of good intentions in the left hand drawer.
 

The silver birch in this picture represents change as open heath evolves into woodland. The backdrop of a man made forest is in stark contrast. Both are relevant to the future but the latter requires constant intervention to be sustainable.
